Merchandising
Merchandising is responsible for sampling of merchandise to specification and to coordinate to get the best price from the supplier. Responsible for Time & Action calendar and other production reports generated on a weekly basis, along with being a liaison with the buyer & factories on designs, sourcing, production, quality & shipping. The team is also in charge of the Pre-Production meetings and Production follow up. To identify and source suppliers for purchase of required raw materials.
Quality Assurance
Quality department is in charge of conducting sample, inline and final inspections. Assurance of quality and inspection of goods along with all quality related reports In addition, the team will also offer fabric inspections at the mill as well as factory.
